Collette Dinnigan-Portrait of A Woman
Collette Dinnigan's new collection just featured in an autumn/winter collection at Paris fashion week.
The regular she is, puts her in the same league as some of the fashion giants, and judging from the show, rightly so.
Dinnigan says the collection, titled Automne-Hiver (Portrait of a Woman), is about inner strength and freedom.
"I drew inspiration from Frida Kahlo and Argentina. I loved the equestrian feel that gives women strength and power," she said.

This weeks It GIRL
Ok, I just have to say, all editors have amazing style. I understand, fashion is what they breath, but I always find it a little hard to bring trends down to the "real world". Lets face it, unless your Anna Dello Russo, wearing fruit on your head, or a see through lace dress with red underwear maybe what some people perceive as, "over the top" (you got to applaud her confidence, though). But fashion editors may have a sixth sense?
Mary Kate Steinmiller, when i first saw her in Harpers Bazar in a cream braided sweater, and full length skirt- I had decided that this was going to be my winter look!!! In fact all her winter outfits so cute, and she looks so warm too...

Mismatched
Ok so finally the sun has come out and in remembrance of summer, nothing is more appropriate than reminiscing in one of the most inventive designers. Michael Van Der Ham, also known as the mismatch fabric master. Not only is his creativeness ingenious, but take a closer look at the detailing, clean cuts, and perfect colour matching. Its seriously outstanding stuff. Old Hollywood glamour meets Post Modern Grunge.
